Inside Sales Representative

ABC Outdoor Solutions (TCI), an ABC Supply Company and wholesale distributor of aluminum products and building supplies, is seeking a motivated Inside Sales/Administrative Support associate to join its team. ABC Supply Outdoor Solutions, a division of ABC Supply Co., Inc., is one of the largest wholesale distributors of pool and patio enclosures, hurricane protection products and a broad assortment of aluminum and other building products in the United States. The company operates 36 locations across Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas and Alabama. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the branch and assist customers as they purchase the materials and tools they need for a wide variety of building projects. From the moment you greet customers until their sales have been finalized, you will provide them with superior service and building supply expertise.

• Answering telephones
• Entering sales data, filing and keeping accurate records
• Completing invoicing and purchasing duties
• Accepting payment and applying it to the appropriate customer account
• Accurately entering orders into AS400 system
• Arranging with the warehouse for customer product pickup
• Providing sales support with project quotes, pricing and bids
• Determining customers’ needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions

Specific qualifications include:

• 1-2 years' construction industry experience or knowledge is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills
• Positive attitude and team player
