Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Tactical Security Officer. We’re looking for someone who can read the environment, anticipate risk, and act accordingly—showing your keen sense of observation as a key strength.

• Sat‑Mon / 6a – 2p (1st shift)
• Sun‑Thu / 2pm – 10pm (2nd shift)
• Sun‑Thu / 10pm – 6am (3rd shift)
• Fri‑Mon / 10pm – 6am (3rd shift)
• Flex Officer (Flex on days available; 1st shift)
• Competitive hourly wage of $18.15/hour (Daily Pay available for Garda World employees)

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on‑site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of high school diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• Experience in security, military, or law enforcement is a plus
• Maintain a valid state license if required

Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening conducted after an offer of employment is extended.
