Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location;
Screen individuals, bags, packages, and/or vehicles entering or leaving the location in accordance with post orders and client-directed security-related procedures;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and report suspicious activity, policy violations, and/or unauthorized items in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Respond to incidents and critical situations with professionalism, document relevant details, and communicate with site contacts and/or local responders when needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned screening areas, entrances, docks, and perimeter zones as directed by site procedures and operational needs
