Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Screen individuals, personal belongings, packages, and/or vehicles entering or leaving the location in accordance with post orders and client-directed procedures;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and document screening-related activity, deliveries, and/or irregularities in required logs and reports;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with attention to screening areas, shipping and receiving zones, and other designated locations as directed by site procedures
