Pay Rate: $16.87 / Hour

• Mon 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Sun 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Screen individuals, packages, bags, and/or personal items entering or leaving the location in accordance with post orders and security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents, policy concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report unusual activity to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or authorization when required, and help to deter unauthorized access to shipping, receiving, and distribution areas.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with attention to docks, trailer areas, parking locations, and other high-traffic points as directed by site policies.

• A minimum of 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• A CPR certification is preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
