Master Plumber

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Master Plumber to support and lead our residential, commercial, and service plumbing operations. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership, mentorship, and operational input. • Perform and oversee complex residential, commercial, and service plumbing work
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve advanced plumbing issues
• Ensure all work complies with local and state plumbing codes
• Supervise, mentor, and train journeymen and apprentice plumbers
• Support service calls, installations, remodels, and new construction
• Review job scopes, plans, and estimates for accuracy and efficiency
• Conduct quality control inspections and job walk-throughs
• Communicate professionally with customers, inspectors, and team members
• Assist with process improvements, training standards, and operational growth

• Active Master Plumber license in Georgia
• Minimum 5+ years of plumbing experience (residential and/or commercial)
• Strong working knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
• Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening (if applicable)

• Experience in residential service plumbing
• Commercial plumbing project experience
• Ability to lead teams and improve performance

• Experience with estimating, job costing, or project oversight
• Interest in business development or management growth
