We are seeking a skilled, experienced technician with a primary focus on electrical diagnostics, interior electrical/accessory repair, and drivability concerns. - $46/per flat-rate hour + weekly pay guarantee (amount varies based on qualifications and experience)
- Perform electrical diagnostics and repairs efficiently and accurately
- Diagnose and repair drivability concerns including check engine lights, misfires, hesitation, stalling, and intermittent issues
- Use scan tools and diagnostic workflows to identify faults, confirm root cause, and verify repair
- Diagnose and repair interior electrical/accessory systems
- Review repair orders and perform work according to dealership and manufacturer standards
- Communicate repair needs clearly with Service Advisors and team members
- Complete warranty repairs per manufacturer specifications
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional workspace
- Proven experience in electrical diagnostics, interior electrical repair, and drivability troubleshooting
- Advanced mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable diagnosing intermittent concerns and confirming root cause before part replacement
- Comfortable using wiring diagrams and proper electrical testing methods
- ASE certifications preferred, especially A6 (Electrical Systems)
- Ford experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment background check
- Must meet company insurance driver requirements
