Are you a skilled heavy equipment operator and civil superintendent, with extensive experience in site work? Do you have a passion for precision grading and the ability to bring blueprints to life? We're seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team!

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in fine grading using a dozer.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting civil blueprints.
• Hands-on experience in grading ponds, building pads, house pads, roads, curbs, and parking lots.
• Expertise in operating an excavator for laying storm drains.
• Strong ability to perform grading math and set GPS lasers for storm drain installation and grading.
• Comprehensive knowledge of site development processes.
• Exceptional skills in operating heavy equipment.
