We are seeking an experienced Master Plumber to support and lead our residential, commercial, and service plumbing operations
. This role combines hands‑on technical expertise with leadership, mentorship, and operational input. - Perform and oversee complex residential, commercial, and service plumbing work
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve advanced plumbing issues
- Ensure all work complies with local and state plumbing codes
- Supervise, mentor, and train journeymen and apprentice plumbers
- Support service calls, installations, remodels, and new construction
- Review job scopes, plans, and estimates for accuracy and efficiency
- Conduct quality control inspections and job walk‑throughs
- Communicate professionally with customers, inspectors, and team members
- Assist with process improvements, training standards, and operational growth
- Active Master Plumber license in Georgia
- Minimum 5+ years of plumbing experience (residential and/or commercial)
- Strong working knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
- Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening (if applicable)
- Experience in residential service plumbing
- Commercial plumbing project experience
- Ability to lead teams and improve performance
- Customer‑first mindset with strong communication skills
- Experience with estimating, job costing, or project oversight
- Interest in business development or management growth
- Competitive pay $75,000-$150,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
