What You’ll Be Doing- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every job
- Clearly communicate solutions and provide upfront pricing before work begins
- Maintain accurate, clean, and professional paperwork
- Work independently while staying connected to the larger team
- Convey a safety-conscious attitude both on the job and while driving
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Residential Services Plumber (Commercial experience is a plus)
- Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Dependable, motivated, and high ethical standards – customers trust us in their homes
- Drive experience, a plus
- Gas plumbing experience – big plus
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- $75,000–$150,000 annually
