Starting hourly pay $17−18. Comprehensive training is provided, and no prior experience is required.

As a Termite Service Professional, you will:

• Build relationships with customers and create “Customers for Life.”
• Manage your own termite service route, including pre‑construction and post‑construction treatments, customer account issues, and communication with customers.
• Partner with internal teams such as customer service, sales, and management to deliver exceptional service.
• Apply appropriate products according to label standards.
• Maintain a strong safety mindset when handling equipment and driving the company vehicle.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage route-based assignments.

• Safely use ladders up to 32 feet.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Operate a company vehicle for extended periods; travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties or service areas.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Work in all types of weather conditions.

• Starting hourly pay $17−18, a company vehicle, and a company cell phone.
