Overview
The Mouse is hiring Termite Service Professionals. Ready for your next career opportunity? If you enjoy working outdoors, climbing ladders, and helping people, join our team.
Starting hourly pay $17−18. Comprehensive training is provided, and no prior experience is required.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Termite Service Professional, you will:
- Build relationships with customers and create “Customers for Life.”
- Manage your own termite service route, including pre‑construction and post‑construction treatments, customer account issues, and communication with customers.
- Partner with internal teams such as customer service, sales, and management to deliver exceptional service.
- Apply appropriate products according to label standards.
- Maintain a strong safety mindset when handling equipment and driving the company vehicle.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
- Ability to work independently in the field and manage route-based assignments.
- Safely use ladders up to 32 feet.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Operate a company vehicle for extended periods; travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties or service areas.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
- Work in all types of weather conditions.
- Starting hourly pay $17−18, a company vehicle, and a company cell phone.
