$65,000–$75,000 + Uncapped Bonus Potential!

Schedule:
Monday–Friday + Rotating Weekends Start Time: 6:30 AM (End time varies by job; availability after 5pm may be required) Weekly Pay!

- Lead residential HVAC installation projects —manage jobs from start to finish in single-family homes, townhouses, and other occupied residential environments
- Install, replace, and commission residential heating, air conditioning, indoor air quality, and refrigeration systems following all manufacturer specs and the highest industry standards
- Educate homeowners on equipment operation and comfort solutions
- Set a professional example as the lead installer, ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and top-tier residential customer service
- Communicate clearly with residential customers, from setting expectations to project completion
- Mentor and support your residential install team—promoting safety, quality, and teamwork
- Tackle installation challenges and deliver creative solutions in residential settings
- Maintain accurate installation records and submit all documentation via company software
- Keep your company vehicle, tools, and job sites organized and clean
- Always follow company policies, safety standards, manufacturer requirements, and all codes
- Represent the company with professionalism and build lasting residential customer relationships
- 2–3 years of hands-on residential HVAC installation experience is REQUIRED
- 1+ year experience as a lead installer, trainer, or crew leader on residential install teams - REQUIRED
- Residential experience is a MUST —commercial installers will not be considered
- Customer-focused approach and experience working directly with homeowners
- Must start each day in Richmond Hill at 6:30 AM and stay as needed past 5pm
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
- EPA Certification required; NATE Certification a plus
- Strong technical skills with residential HVAC equipment, electrical, controls, and ductwork
- Effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Service Titan or field service software preferred
- HVAC trade school or associate degree preferred
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various home environments—attics, crawl spaces, etc.
- Enthusiastic about ongoing learning, safety, and team success
