Johnson Controls Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician Lead to join our North America field service team. You will startup, commission, and support aftermarket services on air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, AHUs, and large roof top units at customer sites.
The role requires senior technical leadership, ability to train others, and travel 10–20% to branch sites. You will work with the Service Plus Rewards program and pass knowledge exams, while maintaining safety certifications.
