Trim Punch Carpenter
As a Trim Punch Carpenter, you will work on residential job sites for some of the largest builders in the nation, specializing in interior trim, doors, hardware, blinds, punch work, and warranty services. You will perform trim carpentry installations and repairs, focusing on detail and efficiency, and use hand and power tools safely to meet job requirements. You will maintain site cleanliness, follow safety protocols, and inspect work quality.
Key Responsibilities- Perform trim carpentry installations and repairs focused on detail and efficiency on residential job sites.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely to meet job requirements.
- Maintain site cleanliness, follow safety protocols, and inspect work quality.
- Use digital tools daily for task management.
- Experience in carpentry, particularly trim carpentry.
- Own tools, smartphone, valid driver license, and insured vehicle for daily use.
- Willing and able to use a personal vehicle to transport materials as needed.
- Physical capability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform required tasks.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening per company policy.
- Authorized to work for any U.S. employer.

Field technicians work on active construction sites, often outdoors and exposed to varying weather conditions. This role involves frequent bending, standing, lifting, and operating equipment. Safety is a priority, so all team members must follow PPE requirements, including hard hats, gloves, boots, and protective eyewear.
