.
The Diesel Technician/Mechanic is responsible for the timely repair and maintenance of medium to heavy-duty fleet vehicles to ensure a safe and efficient operation.

Pay and SchedulePay: $30.00 – $35.00/hour (based on experience)
Pay Frequency: Weekly pay – every Friday
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 2:00PM to 10:30PM
Plus!!! Sign-On & Retention Bonus – Up to $5,500.
- $500 Sign On Bonus
- $2,500 retention bonus at 6 months
- $2,500 retention bonus at 1 year
Including SRT Bonus Opportunity; up to $15,000 annually; paid monthly and based on performance.

- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on medium to heavy-duty fleet vehicles
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
- Complete inspections and ensure vehicles meet safety standards
- Document repairs and complete work orders
- Maintain tools and equipment
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
- Work with supervisors and team members to keep fleets operational
- 3+ years’ experience in performing diesel vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Ability to diagnose mechanical issues
- Valid driver’s license
Must own and maintain personal tools and a toolbox necessary to perform job duties - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ASE certifications (or willingness to obtain)
Technicians may be exposed to traffic, dust, diesel fumes, noise, and mechanical irritants such as oils and greases. Work may involve lifting heavy objects, accessing tight equipment spaces, and bending, stooping, crouching, or crawling while performing repairs.
