- Building Relationships:
You’ll create lifelong connections with both internal and external customers, helping to ensure they’re satisfied and loyal. Your goal is to create “Customers for Life” by delivering excellent service every time. - Managing Your Service Route:
You’ll be responsible for the daily operations of your Service Route, using strong time management skills to stay on track and complete all necessary tasks.- Perform Commercial pest control.
- Problem-solve customer accounts to address both current and future needs.
- Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied.
- Work closely with internal teams, including customer service, sales, and fellow service professionals, to ensure an outstanding experience for each customer.
- Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines.

You’ll maintain a safety-first mindset, especially when operating company equipment or driving your company vehicle. Your commitment to safety helps ensure the protection of both yourself and the people you serve.

- Training pay $19/HR, a company vehicle, and a company cell phone.

What you need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- No Experience Required!
- Must be 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments
The role requires certain physical tasks and a variety of work environments. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods. Travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties or service areas.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
