Dispatches cargo shipments to maximize the trailer volume while meeting package delivery obligations;
Enters dispatch events into an online system (TMS) to ensure on time delivery and pick up of trailers;
Verifies the location of equipment in the dispatch system by completing yard inventories;
Verifies the load/unload status of trailers by completing yard checks;
Investigates and reports schedule delays, accidents and equipment failures and implements contingency plans
