Key Responsibilities Dispatch & Logistics Coordination- Schedule and dispatch drivers and vehicles for pickups and deliveries
- Monitor routes and adjust assignments in real-time to optimize efficiency
- Communicate with drivers, clients, and warehouse teams to ensure timely service
- Accurately enter shipment details, delivery logs, and driver reports into internal systems
- Maintain up-to-date records of transportation schedules and performance metrics
- Generate reports for internal review and client reporting
- Assist with timekeeping and attendance tracking for logistics personnel
- Verify hours worked and ensure accurate payroll submissions
- Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to resolve discrepancies
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in dispatch, logistics coordination, or transportation support
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Familiarity with payroll systems and basic accounting principles
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software (e.g., TMS, GPS tracking tools)
- Demonstrate professionalism
- Have a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
- Multi-task and set priorities effectively
- Excellent hand, eye and foot coordination
- Accomplish goals in a team environment
- Attention to detail
- Excellent sense of balance
- Possess a positive “can do” attitude
