P&M - Truck Driver

The Driver is responsible for operating light trucks, vans, or similar vehicles to transport and deliver products, supplies, and equipment to customer and company-supported locations.

This role ensures timely, safe, and accurate delivery of replenishment and demand requirements on a daily basis.

Responsibilities may include loading and unloading materials, completing delivery documentation, and maintaining compliance with all transportation and safety regulations.

A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is strongly preferred for this position.

• Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently to complete scheduled deliveries and pickups.
• Distribute replenishment and demand requirements to customers at various supported locations daily.
• Load, unload, and secure products, supplies, and equipment for transport.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, logs, and required transportation documentation.
• Follow all DOT regulations, company safety standards, and traffic laws.
• Ensure exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions.
• Handle complex pickups and deliveries, including after-hours or special delivery requirements as needed.
• Support inventory accuracy and proper handling of transported materials.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• CDL strongly preferred.
• Clean driving record with the ability to meet company driving standards.
• Previous delivery, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials as required.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules effectively.

• Frequent driving and travel between customer locations.
• Regular lifting, loading, and unloading of materials.
• May require early morning, evening, or occasional weekend deliveries.

• Hourly Rate: $24.43 per hour
