General Laborer

Position Description

A General Labor associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse and production operations by performing a variety of physical and manual tasks. This position requires flexibility, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while following company safety guidelines.

• Assist with loading and unloading products and materials.
• Label, pack, palletize, and shrink wrap merchandise.
• Sort and organize inventory in designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse or worksite.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads.
• Perform repetitive tasks while meeting productivity standards.
• Inspect products for quality and report damaged items.
• Assist with shipping and receiving duties as needed.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment safely.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
• Support additional warehouse or production tasks as assigned.

• Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions and safety guidelines.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work overtime when needed.
