We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator (Top Tier) to join our fast-paced warehouse team. This role involves operating Hi‑Lo and reach trucks to move a variety of materials including break bulk sacks, palletized goods, and metals.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in warehouse operations, a solid understanding of safety standards, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision in a high-volume environment.

• Operate forklifts (sit‑down electric) safely and efficiently
• Load and unload trucks and containers using forklifts and pallet jacks
• Move materials throughout the warehouse as needed
• Maintain accurate inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report issues
• Follow OSHA and all safety regulations at all times
• Assist with training new operators when needed
• Work closely with warehouse supervisors to support workflow

• 5+ years forklift experience
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety practices (OSHA compliance)
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Mechanical aptitude for basic troubleshooting/maintenance
• Team‑oriented with ability to work independently
