Summary: The Checker will be responsible for performing various warehouse duties, such as checking the quantity and accuracy of the items.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday from 06:30 AM to 05:00 PM, 2 Saturday(s) a month from 06:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Seniority Level: Entry Level

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: This hourly, non-exempt position pays from $18.75 to $21.75 per hour, with overtime compensated at 1.5 times the base rate. New hires usually earn between $54,100 and $70,700 annually, or more, depending on experience, overtime hours, and bonuses.

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to do the following:

  • Responsible for reading shipping orders to determine quantity, quality and accuracy of items packed.
  • Upload pictures to database of packed and shipped orders loaded to customer, third party or MSI vehicles.
  • Ensure the accuracy of all shipping documents, gather and maintain all data relative to shipping activities.
  • Restock items and conduct inventory.
  • Conduct daily and/or weekly audits of staged locations in the warehouse racks, etc.
  • Driving a forklift may be required to perform all duties related to checker, shipping and receiving.
  • Review internal checker system daily to clear all checker entries for invoicing. This includes working with our IA department when required.
  • Complete Inventory Check and Picture Upload requests submitted in the system.
  • Process Return Manual Authorization (RMA) paperwork and documentation.
  • Perform additional duties as required and or requested.

Additionally the candidate must meet the following Education and/or Experience requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two (2) plus years’ experience in a warehouse environment.
  • 1-2 years of warehouse experience.
  • Forklift experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of using computer or tablet a plus.
