Bendi Operator

Bend Operator We're looking for a Bendi Operator to join our team, where you'll play a critical role in safely and efficiently moving product throughout our warehouse. In this role, you'll operate a Bendi forklift to receive, put away, replenish, pick, stage, and load product while supporting inventory accuracy, operational productivity, and on-time customer shipments. Success in this role means operating equipment safely, maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy, following warehouse processes, and partnering with your team to ensure customer commitments are met every day.

As a Bendi Operator, you will:

Safely operate a Bendi to receive, put away, replenish, pick, stage, and load product.

Follow WMS-directed tasks using RF scanners to accurately move inventory throughout the warehouse.

Perform daily pre-shift and post-shift equipment inspections and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns.

Maintain inventory accuracy by verifying product, location, quantities, and labels during every transaction.

Support shipping, receiving, replenishment, cycle counts, and inventory audits as needed.

Follow FIFO/FEFO inventory practices and customer-specific handling requirements.

Assist with loading and unloading trailers while ensuring product integrity and shipment accuracy.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following 5S principles and OSHA safety standards.

Support other warehouse functions as business needs require and work collaboratively with teammates to meet daily operational goals.

What You Bring to the Table:

Previous experience operating a Bendi required.

Current forklift certification (or ability to become certified upon hire).At least 1 year of forklift experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environment.

Experience using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to inventory accuracy and quality.

Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically active warehouse environment.

Commitment to workplace safety and following standard operating procedures.

Dependable attendance, positive attitude, and willingness to work overtime or weekends when operational needs require.
