Warehouse Associate

MSI is seeking a detail oriented Warehouse Associate to support our high performance PC and gaming hardware operations. In this role, you will receive, verify, and store components and finished products, accurately pick and pack orders, and prepare shipments to customers and partners. You'll operate warehouse equipment safely, maintain organized inventory locations, and perform regular cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.

Working closely with logistics and production teams, you'll help keep materials flowing efficiently, meet tight shipping deadlines, and uphold MSI's quality, safety, and performance standards in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming PC and gaming hardware shipments
• Accurately pick, pack, and label orders for customers and partners
• Load, unload, and move materials using carts, pallet jacks, or forklifts (if certified)
• Maintain organized, clean storage areas and follow 5
• S/warehouse best practices
• Perform inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and update inventory systems
• Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate with carriers as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and report hazards or incidents promptly
• Collaborate with logistics and production teams to meet shipping deadlines
