Warehouse Shipping and Receiving

MSI seeks a Warehouse Shipping and Receiving associate to support our Manufacturing & Production operations. In this on-site role, you'll receive, inspect, and store incoming materials, pick and pack orders, and prepare accurate shipping documentation. You will operate material-handling equipment, use scanners and inventory systems, and uphold MSI's high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency. Working closely with Warehouse & Manufacturing teams, you'll help ensure smooth product flow while contributing to a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments and materials
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer and inter-warehouse orders
• Create and verify shipping documentation and labels
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and handling equipment safely
• Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS/ERP and scanners
• Conduct routine cycle counts and help resolve discrepancies
• Follow MSI quality standards for handling tech hardware
• Keep warehouse areas clean, safe, and organized
• Coordinate with manufacturing and logistics teams on priorities
• Support continuous improvement of warehouse processes
