PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB
The Content Specialist manages content creation, brand storytelling, and social media strategy. This role ensures consistent messaging, compelling content, and visual design across digital and print platforms, collaborating with the Digital Content Manager, Digital Marketing Strategist, and Multimedia Producer.

- Ensures the confidentiality of customer non-public personal information and secures information systems to comply with bank regulations.
- Develop, edit, and manage high-quality content for website, social media, email campaigns, and print collateral;
- Build content calendars aligned with marketing objectives, product promotions, and brand initiatives;
- Collaborate with the Digital Content Manager on digital integration and web placement; and,
- Provide copy and creative content for digital onboarding campaigns, ensuring messaging aligns with brand voice and campaign objectives.
- Own social media strategy, posting, monitoring, and engagement;
- Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator for scheduling and operational assistance; and,
- Integrate multimedia assets from the Multimedia Producer into social campaigns.
- Create graphics, infographics, and integrated visual content; and,
- Incorporate photo/video content from the Multimedia Producer into campaigns and web asset
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Excellent writing, editing, and visual design skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CMS, and social media management tools.
- Understanding of SEO, digital marketing principles, and brand storytelling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; and,
- 3-5years experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management.
