Admissions Recruiter

The Admissions Recruiter will work as part of the Enrollment Services team with recruitment efforts, retention efforts, and student life.

Additional duties include but not limited to:

* Represent the college at appropriate community events, college, and career fairs.

* Make presentations and recruitment visits to provide information to prospective students and other constituents on options and available programs.

* Serve the needs of high schools, maintaining good communication throughout the school year.

* Coordinate and organize on-campus recruitment activities, including campus visits, group visits, and special events.

* Assess the efficiency and effectiveness of prospective student contact, including maintaining weekly and monthly data management.

* Work with Admissions and Recruitment team to develop a strategic plan based on assessment of prospect student contacts.

* Clarify students' educational, career, and life goals.

* Assist students with appropriate course selection and the development of individualized education plans.

* Assist new/prospective students of requirements for academic transfer and professional/technical programs.

Transporting of materials and significant travel is required with this position. The Admissions Recruiter must have an associate degree; bachelor's degree preferred. Valid driver's license is required.

Salary range is $16.00 - $18.00 per hour. Excellent fringe benefit package including, but not limited to health, dental, vision, and life insurance; sick and vacation leave; and the Missouri Public School & Education Employee Retirement System. Generous leave plan provided.
