About Job:- Project Planning & Coordination
Developing detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Logistics, Quality Control) to align on transfer objectives. - Risk Management
Identify potential risks (e.g., supply chain disruptions, compliance gaps) and implement mitigation strategies.
Conduct post-transfer audits to validate operational stability. - Stakeholder Communication
Provide regular updates to management and clients via progress reports.
Resolve conflicts between internal teams and external vendors in every phase. - Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure adherence to regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA) and internal quality protocols.
Validate equipment calibration and process validation post-transfer
Education
：Bachelor’s degree or above in science or engineering; PMP certification preferred.- Experience
：5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering. - Language
：Fluent in English. - Technical Skills
：
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA). - Soft Skills

Strong negotiation and cross-cultural communication abilities.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
