Sr. Process Engineer

• Work with production and maintenance team to optimize and support mass production through the optimization of process parameters and operation procedures.
• Define and optimize process documentation (Flow chart, FMEA, work instructions, routings, specifications, assembly information).
• Conduct error-proofing analysis and determine root cause of process variation and product failures.
• Analyze field failures & customer complaints. Implement effective corrective action in a timely manner.
• Work closely with internal and external technical support. Perform internal and external (supplier) process, product, and systems audits.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering science - mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, engineering mechanics or related disciplines
• Minimum 7 years’ experience, at least 3 years in process improvement, automotive industry experience is preferred.
• Have statistic data analysis capability for process improvement, GB/BB is Plus
• Familiar with TS16949, APQP, lean manufacturing
• Passion for excellence and Good communication capability will be strongly expected.
