Serve as the primary point of contact for key healthcare clients, ensuring their Revenue Cycle Management needs are met with exceptional service and high-quality outcomes.
Develop and nurture long-term client partnerships, providing strategic guidance on optimizing revenue cycle processes, reducing denials, improving reimbursement rates, and enhancing cash flow.
Proactively manage and resolve client escalations related to claims, billing, coding, AR, and other RCM services.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) tied to client satisfaction, billing accuracy, denial rates, and collection efficiency.
Establish structured communication cadences including business reviews, KPI reporting, and strategic performance discussions.
Provide regular updates to executive leadership on client health, retention risks, and growth opportunities.
Required Experience- 10+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), healthcare operations, or related healthcare services.
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing client relationships and escalations.
- Proven experience managing offshore teams, preferably in India, supporting RCM services (coding, billing, AR, collections).
- Strong understanding of RCM platforms, EHR/EMR systems, and regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, CMS guidelines, payer policies).
- Demonstrated success in improving claims processing efficiency, reducing denials, and optimizing revenue performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Revenue Cycle Executive (CRCE) are a plus.
