What to Expect
As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located at out Poplar Bluff, MO Refurbishing plant, you will be a Logistics Specialist.
Key Responsibilities (to name a few)
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling, tracking, and documentation
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to support production and customer demand
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock
- Work with carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers to resolve shipping issues
- Prepare and manage shipping documents (BOLs, invoices, customs paperwork where applicable)
- Analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Communicate with internal stakeholders (supply chain, production, customer service) to align logistics activities
- Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies, delays, and claims
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in logistics efficiency and performance

- Likely to act as an informal resource for associates with less experience
- Provides informal guidance and support to team members
- 2-4 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Knowledge of shipping processes, carrier management, and inventory control principles
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
