SCMCAA seeks an ERSEA Manager to oversee eligibility, recruitment, enrollment and attendance for Head Start/EHS programs in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. You will coordinate community assessments, gather data from various sources, and ensure processes meet Head Start Performance Standards.
Lead staff in ERSEA activities, develop eligibility criteria with PC/Board input, and report monthly to the Director and Board.
