Responsibilities- As a Machine Operator II, you will operate and maintain complex manufacturing equipment.
- You will collaborate with the team to maintain production efficiency and meet targets.
- Operate and monitor a variety of machines to ensure consistent quality and output.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and perform preventive maintenance as needed.
- Support new machine operators and encourage cross-functional collaboration with other departments.
- Seek ways to improve machine efficiency and reduce wastage to increase productivity. Monitor metrics such as Machine Uptime Rate and Throughput Rate; ensure quality of produced parts.
- Education - Have experience operating machinery in a manufacturing setting.
- Knowledge - Be familiar with various types of machinery and their functions.
- Knowledge - Be familiar with quality control procedures and inspection techniques.
- Skill - Be able to communicate effectively with team members.
- Skill - Be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Action Oriented - Enjoys working hard; is action oriented and energetic; willing to take initiative.
- Learning on the Fly - Learns quickly when facing new problems; adaptable and open to change; analyzes successes and failures for improvement.
