Located in our Poplar Bluff, MO plant, you will be responsible for facilitating the development, implementation and execution of the expedite process for manufacturing. This role will work closely with production supervisors expediting and following urgent orders through the manufacturing process.

• Facilitate set‑ups; locate and organize tooling, components and production supplies
• Data collection and data entry
• Develop, implement and ensure the execution of all expediting needs
• Track daily output
• Works closely with Scheduling, Production, and Customer Service departments and staff
• Ability to work well and communicate with various levels within the organization to meet the needs of the department
• Attendance is an essential function of this position. The employee must have regular, reliable, punctual and consistent attendance. The employee must be able to work regular and/or flexible hours or shifts, overtime before & after regular hours & shifts, as well as on weekends.

• Communication skills: verbal, written, listening and understanding
• Experience with;
  Problem Solving, Standard Work, Specifications
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, MES, Oracle and WMS software
• Ability to work with little to no direct supervision
• Ability to set up raw stock saw, finish saws, printers and tooling set ups
• Strong team player; proactively able to step in to support other team members as needed and share knowledge to allow cross training of all functions, builds collaborative relationships
