Hourly rate: $25-$28

At Crown Hospice, we believe hospice is more than a service - it's a sacred trust. We are seeking a compassionate LPN to join our hospice team and make a lasting difference in the lives of patients and their families.

• Respond to after‑hours patient needs and emergency calls with compassion, professionalism, and clinical expertise.
• Provide hands‑on nursing care focused on comfort, symptom management, and quality of life.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless, patient‑centered care.
• Educate and support patients and families during end‑of‑life care.
• Ensure patients receive appropriate follow‑up care and resources from the interdisciplinary team.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and care plans in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

If you have a passion for caring for patients with compassion, dignity, and excellence, we'd love to hear from you—even if you're new to hospice.

• Current LPN license in Missouri
• Deep compassion, strong communication skills and a calming presence
• Knowledge of hospice philosophy, end‑of‑life care, symptom management, and comfort‑focused nursing is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize changing patient needs, and remain calm in urgent situations.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Valid driver's license & auto insurance
