Advanced Practice Registered Nurse – Mobile Clinic Program Champion

Find your way back to the joy of taking care of your community. General Tasks- Primary Care Services:
Conduct physical exams, diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, and provide routine primary care to improve patient health outcomes. - Patient Assessments:
Take medical histories, perform physical examinations, and order and interpret diagnostic tests. - Chronic Disease Management:
Develop and manage treatment plans for chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma. - Documentation:
Maintain accurate and timely patient records using electronic health record (EHR) systems. - Administrative Duties:
Assist with opening/closing the clinic, inventory, patient follow‑up, verifying insurance, collecting payment, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a clean environment. - Preventive Care:
Administer vaccinations, conduct health screenings, and educate patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyles. - Collaboration:
Work with other healthcare providers, nurses, and medical assistants to deliver care. - Community Outreach:
Participate in outreach activities to raise awareness about the mobile clinic’s services and engage with the community. - Actively participate in leadership‑level planning for the best growth opportunities.

:- Master's or DNP Nurse Practitioner (APRN) with completion of an accredited APRN program, with current Adult Medicine Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (ANCC or AANPCB) Board Certification or equivalent certification.
- Currently licensed or eligible for Missouri APRN licensure.
- Experience
:- Clinical experience in women’s health services preferred.
- Experience with EHR preferred.

100% Onsite – APRN is expected to travel with the mobile clinic team to nearby mobile health locations. The main brick‑and‑mortar location is at 110 S. 2 nd St., Ellington, MO 63638.
Salary & Benefits- 80 PTO hours available after the first 60 days of service.

- 401K – 120 days eligibility is fully vested with up to a 4% match.
- Weekly payday, every Friday.
- Quarterly profit sharing, up to 20% of annual wages, and an Open Book Management organization.
- We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Offers are based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Salary range – $115,000 - $125,000 annually, with a progressive growth plan based on performance.
