12hrs Shifts. +Rotating Weekends
Job SummaryAspire Senior Living Poplar Bluff is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Our mission is to deliver the highest quality personal care services in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, enhancing the lives of everyone we touch.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to residents in our assisted living and skilled nursing facilities, including administration of medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
- Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services
- Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure seamless transitions and communication
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Missouri
- Experience in Long Term Care, senior living or related setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
