Visiting Nurse Association of Southeast Missouri is seeking a licensed practical nurse to provide skilled hospice care in patients' homes and other settings. The role requires coordinating with R.N. staff, physicians, and the IDG team, documenting care plans, and participating in on-call rotations.
The LPN will review medication profiles weekly, follow the established nursing plan, and ensure CMS and state guidelines are followed in homecare/hospice settings. Experience in hospice is a plus.
