Visiting Nurse Association of Southeast Missouri is seeking an LPN to provide skilled hospice care in patients' homes and care facilities, following physician orders and CMS regulations. You will perform nursing observations, document promptly, and participate in IDG meetings.
You will maintain EMR notes, inform physicians of condition changes, and reconcile medications weekly while adhering to agency plans of care and scope-of-practice guidelines for hospice/homecare.
