Position Overview
Retail Assistant Manager – Part‑Time at Store 1035 – Mansfield Mall Market Place, Maurices, Poplar Bluff, MO 63901.
The assistant manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves customers looking and feeling their best. As a sales lead, they interact with customers, lead the customer experience, strategize to achieve team sales goals, and, as a key holder, efficiently and accurately execute Maurices Standard Operating Practices such as opening and closing the store.
