Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour (equal to or exceed minimum wage for job location).

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, recommend merchandise, and maintain proper order of Hobbies & Home Improvement displays throughout the day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.
