Hourly Wage

$15 - $28 per hour
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season or specific work. Multiple premiums may apply.

Job OverviewHome associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance and recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs. They also ensure home displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
