Execute established procedures for the assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery;
Oversee store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs;
Ensure merchandise is planned for and received, and the sales floor is properly stocked;
Participate in scheduling and staffing for unload/processing to drive associate productivity and customer service standards;
Perform all Zone Team Leader functions to open and close the store when needed
