Part-time Merchandiser

• Fulfill customers' merchandising needs through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays
• Represent Mondelēz in stores and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays
• Ensure Nabisco brands are represented, stocked, and maintained according to company guidelines
• Ensure negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate issues to management
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores

• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
• Positive and professional attitude
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle to various store locations
• Ability to download and use work-related applications on a personal device
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
• Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
• Ability to physically move products from stock rooms to store floors and stock shelves
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
• Live within 25 miles of the primary location, Poplar Bluff, MO
• Availability Monday-Friday, starting 7:00am-8:00am
• Availability for 32 hours per week

Demonstrates strong relationship-building and communication skills to fulfill merchandising needs while ensuring product visibility and adherence to company guidelines. Capable of managing in-store visits efficiently and maintaining a positive attitude in a retail environment.
