Job Description
We’re looking for a friendly, hardworking sales consultant to help customers find the right connectivity solutions and represent our brand in the Poplar Bluff community.
Roles & Responsibilities- Guide customers on the sales floor using a consultative approach.
- Participate in community events, manage online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
- Work a schedule of 9 am–9 pm, including weekends, with seniority‑based schedules released two weeks in advance.
- Adapt to a fast‑paced environment, staying current with evolving technology and processes to meet customer needs.
- Prior retail or customer‑facing experience is a plus; no sales experience? We’ll provide training, coaching and tools to help you meet and exceed goals.
Earn between $16.91 and $21.03 per hour plus $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. With uncapped commission plans, top performers can earn up to $62,460 per year.
