As a Sales Representative, you will identify and develop new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Present and promote company products and services to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in CRM systems.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer insights.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand professional networks and generate leads.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar tools).
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
This role may require travel to meet clients and attend events. The work environment is dynamic, requiring adaptability and a proactive approach to sales.
