Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your assigned territory by developing relationships with clients and identifying their needs. Duties
  • Identify and generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Conduct outside sales activities to promote our products and services within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through effective account management.
  • Utilize technical sales skills to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Engage in direct sales efforts, including upselling additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to strategize on market opportunities and growth initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing product features and benefits.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in territory sales or outside sales is preferred.
  • Strong lead generation skills with a track record of successful client acquisition.
  • Familiarity with technical sales processes and technology products is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
  • A proactive approach to business development with a focus on achieving targets.
