- Build relationships with growers and become their trusted advisor
- Teach growers and retailers about Timac products and technologies that can improve profitability and sustainability
- Listen to and understand customer concerns, needs, and preferences
- Travel within the assigned territory to meet prospective and current customers and introduce products
- Set up field demonstrations and collect data to generate future sales
- Represent Timac at growers’ meetings and industry events
- Develop a sales strategy to introduce products to customers within the assigned area
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or a related field or equivalent experience
- Sales experience or motivation to learn
- Vision and drive to develop and execute a strategic plan
- Passion for sustainable agriculture
- Ability to build and maintain relationships based on reliability and trust
- Valid Driver’s License
Demonstrates expertise in building relationships with growers and retailers while effectively communicating the benefits of products and technologies for sustainable agriculture. Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans within the agricultural sector.
