Observe activities to detect theft, fraud, or suspicious activity and collect investigative evidence;
Conduct investigations and document all stages; perform external interviews per policy;
Report suspected fraud to AP and store leadership; maintain records of apprehensions and evidence;
Travel to stores as needed and liaise with law enforcement; attend court hearings as required;
Identify potential acts of theft and assist with safety and incident response; correct hazards on floor when possible
