WhatYou’ll Do
- Assist the Program Administrator in overseeing daily program operations and implementation of program plans, policies, and procedures.
- Support compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and agency policies.
- Conduct audits of ISPs, utilization reviews, case notes, and related documentation to ensure accuracy and timelines.
- Assists with pre‑survey reviews and corrective action efforts to maintain audit readiness.
- Coordinate with Program Managers to support staff and ensure effective service delivery.
- Provide training and ongoing guidance to staff related to person‑centered planning and service coordination.
- Assist in monitoring services provided to ensure quality, effectiveness, and alignment with client needs.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and program coordination activities.
- Assist in collecting, tracking, and analyzing program data; prepare reports as required.
- Support budget monitoring and expenditure tracking in alignment with program allocations.
- Collaborate with community partners, providers, and stakeholders to support program success.
- As needed, manage a limited caseload of clients.
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and other agency activities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Provide guidance and support to Program Managers, Support Coordinators, and program staff.
- Assist with staff onboarding, training, and performance monitoring.
- Support oversight of staff productivity, service hour standards, and compliance with agency, state, and federal regulations.

Requirements Required- Bachelor’s degree in social work (BSW), Human Services, or equivalent human services degree; OR
- Registered nurse (licensed)
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in case management or human services.
- This position requires a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance.
- Experience in Developmental Disabilities or Targeted Case Management.
- Experience in quality assurance, compliance, or program coordination.
- Supervisory or leadership support experience.
An equivalent combination or relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
